Mirja has extensive experience with national and international projects for 30 years. She is a founding member of The International Association of Facilitators. She has worked with over a hundred clients in public, private and non-governmental organizations to enhance organization effectiveness.
Recent MPHA clients include The U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Steel, 3M Corporation, 25 Minnesota State Agencies including the Governors Cabinet, The State of Tennessee, U.S. Forest Service, United Nations Sustainable Development Program - Environmental Facility, and Habitat for Humanity. She has facilitated town meetings in over 100 municipalities in the United States.
